I continue to watch Linked-In for an increase in staffing. So far, and for a long time, only 13 people listed, and I see the plant manager has removed his name from his profile. Once I see some engineers, quality assurance, IT, and other associated infrastructure, then it will be a go.

I would estimate we still have a number of months before we start seeing some hiring activity. Likely sometime in the fourth quarter of this year if everything else goes according to plan and there are not further delays.
