Since moving to New Mexico I have developed a love for Huevos Rancheros (eggs, tortilla, refried beans, green onions, chopped tomato, avocado, cheese, and Hatch green chile sauce). Even my wife who doesn't like Mexican food loves them.

I'm with you. I couldn't tell you when the last time I ate pancakes. Now that we've talked about food...is everyone here "regular?"

Seems what your hearing all comes out the open pipes, I haven't heard an engine from H D except for my V Rod w/ factory pipes, that lasted about 24 hours

Everyone replaces the factory exhaust system on their HD. What do the motorcycle shops do with them? Seems like there would be a lot.

Little late to the conversation but my favorite breakfast is corned beef hash, with 2 over medium eggs, rye toast, black coffee and good conversation.

I buy Hatch Green Chile Sauce by the case which should fit nicely in my Elio's cargo space. That's a great breakfast dish after a night on the town.
