I like the look of the hood pins and if it keeps the price down I'm good with that, at any rate I'm pretty sure I could get a more aerodynamic lock for it if I wanted.

It looks like the pin slides in and out. I will probably scratch my hood when I pull it out.

What would really be nice is if they offered pins that slid in and out but had a locking key as part of them. That way, nothing on the vehicle would need changing. Simply exchange sliding pins.This would probably be offered by the after market community but not until these are on the road in large numbers. Considering the low numbers of this group, that might be a while.

I hope they mold a place under the hold where an interior hood release can be added.

That color and chrome sure looks good.

Not too worried about an Elio getting broke into up here in Maine, but at least when the crows crap all over it I won't have as much car to wash!

50% savings on wiper blades
25% on tires (Q are the 3 going to be the same?)
50 % on seat covers
100% on rear wipers
50% on exterior maintenance (wax, polish, rags etc.)

Ya. There is one... You access it by throwing your gloves over your shoulder. Ha! If some one is in the back you may trigger the auto glove return function (aka: throwing them back at you).
