I have always wondered how and when a design is finalized and they stop and just start building the parts or the whole car. Some one has to say "OK that's it , that will look great or work just fine, lets start building!" There is always room for improvement in everything we do or build but when and how is the final decision made. ALSO, all car manufacturers leave room with their latest vehicle creation for room for improvements in both design and options that can be changed or added in the next generation.
I was under the impression that was going to be the purpose of the P5, but there were many noticeable unresolved design and engineering issues after the unveil.

I would expect change in the E builds based on P5 testing, change in the Q4 2016 100 pre-production fleet vehicles based on the E testing, and change in the final production vehicle based on results of the fleet testing. Only a month left to the end of Q1 2016. Time flies when you're having a good time.
Correction, only a few days until the end of the first q

If Paul is having a specified procedure done, I would like an update.
I know he's too young, but it happens I'm having my pipes cleaned tomorrow- no not auto related , prostrate, comes with the territory, this should enable me to do iron-ass Elio driving!!- Got the cataracts earlier, did cancer ago, so there hopefully will be a good few years ahead!!! The Elgin clock is ticking!!

I don't always have my pipes cleaned, but when I do, I use Dos Ickys.

Getting old ain't for pussies, but it sounds like you are taking good care of your health to spend as much time with your new granddaughter as possible.........and your new "baby" the Elio upon delivery.

Didn't realize what old was about 'till I went in for a spinal fusion and came out with a pacemaker installed.
The cute little girl who ran diagnostics on it last week told me that it's only active 4% of the time and the battery is good for at least 5 more years. The good part is 96% of the time it does nothing. The bad part is that other 4% of the time the Grim Reaper is knocking. Maybe that's why I not a big battery fan. Every 8 or 9 years they have to cut open my chest, dig the old unit out and put a new one in. Not fun at all.
