I'd say close to 100%. The E series is supposed to expose all the problems that may come up during production. That means running a few cars through the full assembly line, which will mean testing all the paint delivery machines. This would also expose any problems with how the sealants change the colors and such.

I bet they are all hand built in Detroit like the P5. But it would be nice to see a P5 in all 7 production colors!

The assembly line for the E units won't be in shreveport. They will be built on a mock assembly line at technosport.
When Elio moves into the factory they want to have their ducks in a row and ready to start work ASAP. Can you just imagine the power bill just to turn on all that equipment!

The chances are pretty much a sure thing, I'd say. They need to do durability testing, and that's one way to get started on it.

Technosports Creative or TechnoSports?
They actually are 2 separate corporations (I didn't know this before I looked them up) they are directly affiliated and they're under the same roof (address).
It appears that TechnoSports is more into racing, and Creative is displays and "FooFoo" stuff; but then again, they will both do prototyping.

OK kids, it's time for more 'fun with words' from Elio Motors.

After (or preferably while) the e-series is hand built, there should be precise jigs, tables, racks and extra parts made.

And then...
Precise production robotics programming and tooling...
For even relatively simple parts can be challenging and complex.
Been there.

I don't think they'll be allowed to get anywhere near the money until after the 1st.

I doubt if any of the EM directors will be hands-on engineering this huge undertaking.
It will be done by highly specialized, highly talented and highly paid techs.
Caution: 12M (or whatever EM actually nets of the 16M raised) can blow by fairly quickly.
