I believe it semi imploded on March 24 with the announcement of the impending "ePlus" program.
Now we are awaiting a web site.
Hopefully due about April 24.
Hopefully much better than the first implementation of "Healthcare.gov".

A steering wheel that costs almost 3 times what the Elio costs? Pass for me (Yes, F1 wheel is $20K)

As long as cruise control and stereo controls are on the steering wheel I'll be happy.
