I know that song! Parents had an 8-track tape of the Best of the Everly Brothers. That one, and Wake Up A Little Susie, Bird Dog, and many, many, more.
Thanks for making me feel old! Now I'm dissapointed by the Engine run delay and depressed by the fact that I'm old. LOL Although, it sounds like you may actually appreciate the music from our golden era.

I guess you guys didn't read my earlier post. This is authoritative: the delay was caused by problems related to the test facility, nothing to do with Elio Motors at all. The results of the delay are a problem for Elio, not least because of the disappointment in these ranks, but the delay was not caused by anything Elio did or did not do.

Again, this delay was forced upon Elio, not generated by Elio. I can't be more detailed than that, sorry.

trying to look at it from a logical point of view :

everyone who cared (EM and Paul Elio most of all) realizes the importance of good news coming from the coverage of the "official first start"

there is no way they would delay it unless they didn't have any alternative

the event has been planned and publicized for weeks if not months

the motor is reported to have come through the testing with flying colors

the test was called off at the last moment due to some one or some group who had a schedule conflict

from that it seems to me that either something important took place to keep one or more key personnel from being at the test or someone new who is seen as being critical to the process couldn't get there on short notice

either way, with the clock ticking, it shouldn't be long before the event is rescheduled

per Spock, fascinating

Your logic is true -- and valid.

(sarcasm font begin) Sorry Ekh, that is not good enough. Complaining and cooking up conspiracies is necessary. Your news if true wouldn't make us angry enough, therefore your information shall be ignored (sarcasm font end)

I don't want to be disrespectful, but this is a link to a public press release.

That's authoritative even though there is no name.
People should always stick to one story, no matter which channel.
When you change your story you hurt your credibility.
