It was explaining that the prototypes can't be built until the engine has finished testing. this is because any vibration problems could cause the motor mounts to be moved as much as an inch or two in order to damp out the vibration. At least, that's what EM told me on the phone. Of course, cash is a part of the timing as well.

Actually, there's a ton of number crunching going on involved to make sure the engine doesn't destroy itself, or the frame, while it's operating at different rpms. Don't ask me, I just build stuff, but I am impressed with some of the retired/current Engineers input....I'm always taking notes.
