So what's new with your Ayro 311? Is there any chance you'll be parading with it this Christmas or be in the repair shop waiting for GOD knows how long???
It's a shame, but give them a chance to make it right (again) if they don't .....I don't want to get any more involved with the problems your having with them. You know what you have to do, so go do it!!! Time to get the legal team involved.
Apparently the dealer has had only three (3) of the 311s (and I've gone thru two of them), even though they've been advertising then constantly on Ebay for at least 8 months (probably a lot longer). I guess I'm the only one that bit!
Well, as the saying goes, 3rd time's COULD be a charm! But spare yourself the hussle of a long wait time (again) for another swap and let them TEST DRIVE it for 60-100 miles to see if the same problem will surface- or if you don't trust them that much, you go there and you test drive it yourself. This way, you can proceed to the next step.
BTW: At a good VIN # website, I was able to decipher the exact sequence of numbers Ayro used, and determined they've made a total of only 5 of them, with the two I've been through being the 1st two (000023 and 000024). I found 000025 thru 000027. The 7th thru 9th VIN number started with 111, and go up by 2 digits with every increased VIN # www.vindetails.com
If nothing else you can claim to be their only "tester". May be the time to try and get on their payroll.
