Not good or bad but I find it interesting that this picture seems to show how significant the windshield rake and console length are.

Much of the engine and what it drives (alternator, AC compressor, etc.) is under the dash and probably only accessible from beneath. Other vehicles are becoming like this in order to meet corporate average fuel efficiency (CAFE) requirements. Not good or bad but I find it interesting that this picture seems to show how significant the windshield rake and console length are.
I wouldn't worry about it. Plymouth had the same concept in the prowler. The thought just occurred to me this morning...
I wonder how long it's going to be before an Elio owner gets sued for someone tripping over the wheels.
I'd already been thinking about installing extremely low powered LED marker lights and leaving them on when parked in public areas.
Maybe another way to address that is to buy a brightly colored cover for the Elio (I'm assuming the aftermarket will offer that). The thought just occurred to me this morning...

I disagree. What would be the point, when Elio's making a video of the P5, in distorting the shape of the vehicle? There might be a little distortion from the camera lens (they do love their fisheye), but nothing intentional. Here's the P4 topview from a while back. Some quick and dirty measurements with a caliper shows a 2:1 length to width ratio on both (just got a strange look from a co-worker while measuring the screen of my laptop...gotta get back to work .)

Sounds like somebody needs a nap.
Seems to be a misunderstanding. This is the image I was talking about....
How about a Father dedicating a car to his son? Edsel <---link>
"The Edsel was an automobile marque that was planned, developed, and manufactured by the Ford Motor Company during the 1958, 1959, and 1960 model years. With the Edsel, Ford had expected to make significant inroads into the market share of both General Motors and Chrysler and close the gap between itself and GM in the domestic American automotive market. But contrary to Ford's internal plans and projections, the Edsel never gained popularity with contemporary American car buyers and sold poorly. The Ford Motor Company lost millions of dollars on the Edsel's development, manufacturing and marketing. The very word "Edsel" became a popular symbol for a commercial failure."
