I doubt same motor will have anything to do with it in production, don't hate the Suzuki motor just the junk car it was put in!

The looks - nothing fancy. could always look better. I never understood why a car with high mpgs couldn't look good.

Crappy interior in terms of comfort or breaking? In terms of breaking and being made of plastic, most cars are built that way. Could say that about all. Comfort...yea its a rough ride.

99% of women hate geos - Actually I've met a lot of girls who actually really like them. Now is it like as in I want one or nice in terms of "You are a really nice guy, but....." - I really have no idea, women are confusing.

And at least you weren't drinking Keystone Ice....YUCK. Any cheap beer that says ICE is gross...

Nothing wrong with Geos, really. I had two of them... Little Red and Bluey (my girls named them) They were Trackers though. Geos were made cheap and like anything else, you get what you pay for. I hope (though I haven't much to base this on) that the Elio is just inexpensive because of its size and not because of the choice of materials... Actually, even cheap cars now are better than many cars back in the day... Even not too long ago. Inexpensive now isn't all that bad.

I find women mostly seem to care if you have a car and it works and looks ok. Of course they know and see higher end cars but would you really want a woman who only likes you because you have a Ferrari? or the opposite one who doesn't like you because you have a Geo.

AGREE 1000%!!!!!! I wouldn't want a woman that wanted me only because I drove really nice cars.

IAV's redesign was for several reasons. The main one (IIRC) Is, 30 year old technology. The combustion chamber/ head design is very inefficient. This point alone impresses me. EM is not willing to "cut corners" just to get to market.
