Reasonable question. Don't know if Lord Elgin thought of that But all you have to do is remember the gas filler is on the opposite side of the "one" and "only" entry door.

Keep this quiet after Elios are all over the place I am going to offer an after market kit to move the gas cap to the left side. I will be rich.
