The numbers that have been quoted are roughly 10% of the equipment has been sold for an average of 90% of the asking price.

I work for an aluminum products manufacturer, we have around 5-6 welding robots, we did $34 million in sales in 2014. www.newageindustrial.com.

I checked with the lead engineer about a possibility of our company buying a used robot from Shreveport, he said that for our use, it's best if we buy new. Software, parts, etc. seem to be difficult to acquire from the robot maker just a few yrs after buying a robot new.
