Andy, Aunt Bea, Barney, Floyd, Howard, Goober, Gomer, Sam, Earnest T. Bass, Helen, Thelma Lou, Clara and, of course, Opie were all single. The only married person was Otis, and he stayed drunk.”
No, no. Opie was Andy's son by his late wife, who died from 8 self-inflicted gunshot wounds. A terrible accident it was.So Opie was adopted?
Opie. AKA Ron Howard and I are exactly the same age. I have been a fan of his since he played Andy Griffiths son Opie at the tender age of 6 on the Andy Griffith Show. Soon after he left Mayberry and graduated High School he made American Graffiti with George Lucas, Then he, Tom Hanks and Stephen Spielberg met and the rest is history, Apollo 13 anyone? Please don't bad mouth Ron Howard, he's one of the nicest people I've ever met, and from what I hear that's not easy to do in Hollywood. So Opie was adopted?
This doesn't make sense. How does asking if a "character" was adopted relate to "bad mouthing" the actor!Opie. AKA Ron Howard and I are exactly the same age.
