According to the information I have read on the website the ONLY reservations that can be upgraded at this time are the "All In". Refundable reservations are not upgradable. I'm setting aside a certain amount each month so I can upgrade from the $100 to the $500 and then from the $500 to the $1000. Those are the only options offered. :-) ZThanks Jim.
I sent them a follow up question-the one I really should have asked first. Is there any way I can add to an existing deposit, other than jump to the preset 250,500,1000 slots. I would like to continue making 100 dollar "payments" when I can.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news but Elio has no legal obligation to fix this for you. I have not read the contract for "want one" so can't tell you what it says. However I did read, out loud to my son, the entire small print contract for my "all in" reservation before I placed my order. Reading the small print is very important as you have found out. Questions to ask yourself - did the contract say when you could withdraw your reservation in the "want one" category. If you didn't read it then you won't know.Has anyone done this? I got sideways on my reservations (late March, '14) and thought I was doing an all-in-one. Did a $100 to $500 then a $1,000 all-in-one upgrade. Come to find out a couple orders were "want-ones"...?? Now I see I have three separate orders...!! Thought I was paying attention to the ordering process but I guess not. I e-mailed Elio a week ago asking them to make my 3 orders a $1,000 all-in-one. Haven't heard back yet. Dang...!!
