So true. We can only hope it gets better as the company goes from the prototype stage to a full fledged producer.

One can only hope. It would be in Paul's best interest to hire whoever he needs to, to keep the customers he has, not to mention, the one's he is trying so hard to aquire. It doesn't take too many $1000 all ins to justify adding a PR person to keep the fans coming. It doesn't take too many disenchanted customers to make people wonder whether they want to gamble their hard earned money.

I question the accuracy the reservations. They seem to change their mind too much. When I made my reservation they refused to let anyone know how many reservations were made. Yes I got a #......Eventually they released # of all ins at $1k. Are they playing with numbers? What's the big secret? Tesla let people know how many deposits were made. No secret there, no levels, just a minimum.

Thanks for the replies. I didn’t mean to sound like I was criticizing Elio 'cause I wasn't. I just sent them an e-mail last week with all 3 order numbers. I imagine they are real busy these days. I was really just wondering if anyone else had done this (ordered the wrong item – want-one as opposed the all-in) and what the outcome was. It may take them a while to respond. I expect eventually Elio will work this out. I still have a $500 all-in anyway. I’ll just wait patiently and will update this thread when Elio responds. I’ll just be happy to see this vehicle go to production next year.

Lucky you.....Three reservations? Someone on another post was saying that Elio Motors was limiting how many could be reserved per household. Not sure that holds water.
But hey, who couldn't use three Elios?

They are a little slow to respond but that may because they only have a few employees in Phoenix and the others are on the road showing the Elio

It would take little effort and no money to make good on their not the customer's choice blog. It could even be done from the road and it would go a long way towards providing the kind of service people want to see.

Here's a question to the $1,000 all-in people (sorry, Zelio... you'll get there). On the Elio.com web site, I know how to get to "my account". Where on there does it indicate that you have a place in line? I did already go all in. Granted, I just finally went in the full amount a little over a week ago but, according to Zelio and others, Elio releases the numbers by batch about every 6 weeks. That would have been this past Sunday. I think I should be in the latest batch but am afraid that my gmail may block Elio's congratulations email. At least, that's what I've heard has happened before. A screen shot or explanation of where Elio will put "my" line number would be great. Thanks!

I'm not aware that the website shows the reservation number. I have not seen it when I open my account. But I haven't done that in q while

My number doesn't show up anyplace on the website. Email only. You should definitely be in the batch that's going out very soon. As far as I can tell nothing has been assigned since the mid-March batch. You'll probably see lots of activity on the forum as folks announce their numbers.
