Based on the title, it seems like it may be the official offering statement (as in no longer preliminary)

Might take a day or two to percolate but we could see a final upsurge in expressions of interest -- unless they pull the plug today, which I think is highly likely.

I just noticed, I found a banner add for Elio on a news page, use that and it links you to the Elio motors page, but on that Elio page there is no link to the StartEngines website. This makes it appear to have been removed from the front page of ElioMotors.com

But when you go normally to EM, the link is still there. How odd. Makes me wonder if EM is getting ready to drop the link.

If the program is not cut off first, seems we'll hit at least 185% by Monday.
