I'm not really sure what this means, but there's a new filing on the SEC site:

Based on the title, it seems like it may be the official offering statement (as in no longer preliminary)

They also updated the offering document with actual dates instead of blanks:

I didn't read the article in its entirety, but what I did get out of it, loud and clear, was "Buyer Beware!"

And I am still aware of this fact, I want one!
