Solo reveal September 9th. Teaser photos: I would rather be watching Elio E builds. I will have some fun driving the Solo while waiting to order my Elio. I'm old, have been following Elio for 8 long years, and can't wait any longer to pull the trigger on an enclosed, fun, safe threewheeler.

Note their replica Porsche Speedster Custom Build in the background. These guys have a talent for engineering and building cars.

These pictures make it obvious to me why Elio went with the black plastic shroud in the back. Without the shroud the vehicle looks like something is missing in the back without being able to see the rear wheel as we normally expect in a 4 wheel car.

It's a pretty good looking vehicle. Waaaaaay better than that Sparrow clown car. I don't really mind the "floating" back end. If you cover up the back end of the picture, it looks almost exactly like a "normal" car.

Yeah, the red one looks like someone chopped almost half of it off.
The more I look at it and get used to it, the better it ls. Not so the sparrow...
