Easy In/easy Out?

had a friend who used a wheelchair and the small rear door that opened as it does, made it soooo much easier for him to put into the car while seated up front. Today I think only the Mazda sports car (not the Miata) also has the reverse door

Guess, I'll go against the grain on this one......I'm 5'10", a little bit of a beer belly, and a bad back. When I sat in it at the Corte Madera showing, I remember that being my ONLY negative thing. I thought it was a little hard getting in/out of. I'm hoping with the raising of the ground clearance will help a great deal though.

I think the P4 sits lower than the production spec. But I doubt it would be drastically taller. How much could an inch or 2 help?

Well that, and you can pump up the seat, hopefully the combination will do fine

Maybe this was mentioned already but I would like to see a grab handle placed in an ergonomic location for helping to ease myself down into the seat. My wife's Accord and my Dakota 4x4 has them for easing down and pulling up into accordingly.

One thing I remember is that for some reason every time someone got out they would lower the seat as low as it would go before the next person got in. With my back once I had set down I was wondering about getting back up, but once I had adjusted the seat to my comfort I found that getting out was no problem with the seat as high as it would go. Add to that the raise in clearance planned for the production model I see no problem.
