I don't go to El Paso unless I absolutely have to and that's usually because I have to go to the VA Hospital there. I'd rather drive to Albuquerque or Tucson than to El Paso. It is not an appealing city to me no matter how large it is.

They list 3 locations under "Nashville" I'm about 2 miles from Davidson county, or 6 miles from Franklin, but if it's in the third location that's across my county and well into the next. As for pep boys that's about 12 miles away.

I am actually about 700 miles from a pep boys. And the same is said for the showroom. Either San Francisco or Sacramento for me.

Would Portland, OR be any closer?

I totally misquoted myself. I'm only between 450-550 miles away from a pep boys. As far as pickup in Portland, that would probably work better for me. I have family up that way.

I am within 10 miles from Pep Boys, but IMO, not being close should not be of concern because this Pep Boys announce was more important to show progress of the overall business plan. No one service partner was going to make everyone happy. Although auto mechanics are close to the middle of the pack, % trustworthiness as polled by public is low

If you are not, how far are you and how far are you to an EM Showroom?
I'm not putting down PBs quality of service only lack of locations.
I'm only pushing my reasoning for having a reimbursement program from any shop anywhere for repairs not preventative maintenance.
