Good point! Not to change the subject, that is, if there was one to this thread, but has anyone else used RainX? If applied per instructions on the bottle, that stuff is amazing! The little Elio windshield would be perfect for that stuff considering the angle it sets at.

Use it on all my cars and it works well on glass shower doors too.

Never use the normal RainX on a motorcycle , made for glass only.
Other wise great product

I suspect the author of that fine article has never experienced the joy of experiencing a stuck rusty switch that won't turn off or the reality of crawling up there to replace it. I do like the foot operated dimmer switch but in places like MN with snow 1/2 the year there were plenty of good reasons for getting it off the floor.

Yup, use the plastic polish specially designed for motorcycle windscreens instead to accomplish that same affect.
