I drove many 2 door vehicle in my life time.
Of the coupe's I've ridden in the back in, my only complaint was getting my foot caught on the stupid seatbelt.

AC is the only listed Solo option.
That must be new, when I contacted them they said it would have no a/c
Wait.............what was this thread about again ??????
And it may be selling carbon credits that makes Elio wildly profitable within 2 years
I was responding, not instigating. Is it only political if you disagree with it?Marshall can we leave the politics out of it please.
Not at $7300.Would the Elio be suitable to become an EV and carry batteries?
Possibly, if you want to change the frame, double the weight, alter the weight distribution, redesign the passenger compartment, double the price, and put up with far more limited range.Would the Elio be suitable to become an EV and carry batteries?
Oh boy, can't out do a realist who also has humor! :-)
JMHO, and agree with the door, I think a couple years down the road, the Elio should get a narrow second door for the passenger on the opposite side from the driver. This would not add much weight, nor ruin the structure and no unjustified complexity. It would also keep the customer base pretty wide, being better for traveling, baby seat access and a sense of flexibility in uses.
This is it. I concur. This is my Elio all the way.
