Elio Addict
good points- could yo elaborate? I for one think your post is more B.S, but hey it's only one opinionThe deposits are not transferable. If they were transferable, elio would have created a marketable security, and would be subject to securities regulation. That is simply a risk that their attorneys cannot let them run.
There are a few exceptions that they can grant, such as in case of hardship, death, etc, and still avoid the risk. That is why the reservation transfer must be approved by elio, and the number is reassigned to the back of the line.
Speculation: In cases of death, I suspect that the heirs might be able to retain the reservation number without elio running afoul of the securities laws.
Questions: Are you saying that you believe that a low 900's reservation number is worth only $500 or less at this time? That would seem to indicate a very low belief that the vehicle will be produced by June of next year. Would you recommend that someone new to the project spend $1000 for a reservation number in the 13,000 range?
