I am glad you brought that up as it actually helps demonstrate EM's commitment to the truth.

There was no lie because it is actually still possible for them to enter production this year if they had the money. The truth is that if someone shows up with $180 million in cash and/or commitments before the end of this quarter and told EM it was theirs however they must enter production before the end of the year I have no doubt EM could do it as they have everything lined up and only need cash at this point.

EM however chose to be honest and acknowledge the fact that time continues moving along and their odds of securing the required funds in time enter production this year are not as good as they once were.

And this is where, as someone else on here said, Elio needs to say instead of 3qtr 2015 or first half of 2016, or whatever, they need to say "Production to begin 6 months after we get $XXXX.XX in funding." If their issue is funding - as we all know that it is - then without knowing when or if funding will come in, they can't give a delivery date.

I think it was me, and I tended to make it even more vague "Production to begin after securing funding" No need to define it in 6 months, if it were to happen in 5, there will be folks who will say "see, they were lying again"!!! lol

John, I'm not sure you needed to show this picture to make your point. In point of fact the aircraft you are showing basically flew straight into the office of two of my cousins. I'm not mad at you, just pointing out that for some of us who lost loved ones both in those buildings and in the aircraft themselves it's always a bit difficult to see these images. I'm very proud to be a part of this group and I've really enjoyed reading most of your posts. I did however, need to bring this up - I hope you understand why.
