We now know for a fact Paul Elio is larger than a ground hog! How that effects alignment of the stars, exactly when the messiah will arive, or the date the world will end I'm not sure, but it's probably right there with speculation about the engine, minus actual information. Oh crap... It's snowing again.

How does the fact that they have missed some timeline goals in any way prove that their explanations for these have been dishonest?

I have seen plenty of conjecture claiming that EM has lied however I have yet to see anything conclusive showing that EM has lied in their communications. If you have evidence beyond speculation to back up the claim that EM has lied in their official communications we would love to see it.

As your entire argument is predicated on the assumption that EM has not been honest in their communications, and that is not based on anything more than conjecture, we find ourselves back at square one which is that in the absence of evidence to the contrary the most likely reason for the delay is the reason we were given by EM.

So, saying everything is right on track up until days before it suddenly isn't doesn't count as a lie? Lies of omission of the truth are just as bad as lies of commission.

I am glad you brought that up as it actually helps demonstrate EM's commitment to the truth.

There was no lie because it is actually still possible for them to enter production this year if they had the money. The truth is that if someone shows up with $180 million in cash and/or commitments before the end of this quarter and told EM it was theirs however they must enter production before the end of the year I have no doubt EM could do it as they have everything lined up and only need cash at this point.

EM however chose to be honest and acknowledge the fact that time continues moving along and their odds of securing the required funds in time enter production this year are not as good as they once were.
