When I talked to Neil from the Tour Group he told me this: The remote actuator remote depends on the system<s> you order as an option. Like if you get the Skyz system, the door remote is on your phone; if you got a security system they had been considering to offer as an option, it would have it's own remote, or hook into your phone; If you used just the stock system, you would get it either as a key fob to hang off your key ring or it might be like so many keys on the market today, and it would be part of the key.
So in short, they hadn't decided at that time. Never asked about a "panic" button, but that usually is part of that whole power lock system.
So it is unknown at this point; and not really considered a priority at this time.

It goes together really easy, and you swear you're destroying it when you take it apart; but you're not.
Use a no-bounce hammer to put them together; I also found a stiff putty knife that has a fairly thick blade are the two basic tools you're need.
And if you need to cut one, I always used my band saw, and a file or block sander and a utility knife are needed to trim the panel after cutting it.

Oh yeah, make sure that your floor is clean before you put it down.

I believe that is called a dead blow hammer that you speak of.

Dead blow, no bounce, shot head, and I know there are a few other names for it also, any of which work to describe it.
