I'll have to go find the link for the tiles I used, they're 1/2 the cost of Race Titles (figure $1 or $2 per square)
They're a 12X12 interlocking tile, and they even have "drain" tiles, so if your car is wet when you pull it in, as it drips dry, it goes down the drain tiles, under the floor, to the floor drain.
That's a lot cheaper than the WeatherTech floor I was looking at doing which runs $1.99 per square foot plus all the edge pieces:

$1.99 is what this stuff goes for, which is 1/2 the price of the leader "Race Floor"; Race Floor is $3.99 per square.
This is the stuff I used "Module Tile" and they have a lot of different tiles, colors and materials. I used black plastic coin top.
If you ever destroy one (or 3) if you tell them about it, they will replace them. I found you don't use a floor jack or jack stands on them without a piece of 3/4" plywood down first. If you don't use the plywood, pick the tiles up first. Jack stands and floor jacks will leave permanent dents on your floor; or in the case of jack stands with those sharp bases will punch right through them.
In a typical 2 car garage it will cost you about $1,200.00 to tile the whole floor.

On mine, I did a 6' wide section all the way across the front of the workbench, and then did "walkways" between the cars and the walls, so it looked like a boat dock; an upside down W. As the money came in, I'd buy additional tiles and fill in the areas where the cars were.

Good idea on doing the workbench area first. I could surely do that now and then fill in as I get approval/funds. Now, for the pattern...

It goes together really easy, and you swear you're destroying it when you take it apart; but you're not.
Use a no-bounce hammer to put them together; I also found a stiff putty knife that has a fairly thick blade are the two basic tools you're need.
And if you need to cut one, I always used my band saw, and a file or block sander and a utility knife are needed to trim the panel after cutting it.

Oh yeah, make sure that your floor is clean before you put it down.

Got it. Got those tools. I actually got a white rubber mallet (won't mark wood) for Christmas that should do nicely. I have a chiseling putty knife that is pretty stiff and not sharp enough to cut anything. Well, maybe warm butter.

I've looked into it more and think I'll go with WeatherTech though it's $2.49 per square foot. That'll make it just north of $2k!!!

Does anyone know if the power door lock's remote has a "Panic" button that makes the horn beep and the lights flash? Can't seem to find any info on this... Thanks

When I talked to Neil from the Tour Group he told me this: The remote actuator remote depends on the system<s> you order as an option. Like if you get the Skyz system, the door remote is on your phone; if you got a security system they had been considering to offer as an option, it would have it's own remote, or hook into your phone; If you used just the stock system, you would get it either as a key fob to hang off your key ring or it might be like so many keys on the market today, and it would be part of the key.
So in short, they hadn't decided at that time. Never asked about a "panic" button, but that usually is part of that whole power lock system.
So it is unknown at this point; and not really considered a priority at this time.
