You know, some folks don't think laws, contracts or agreements apply to themselves. J.T. is special. It doesn't matter what the agreement says. He's ENTITLED to get his money back, just because he SAYS so. The country is full of people like this these days.

I'm thinking about suing Oneida. They make silverware. That includes spoons. Spoons made me fat.
Also, I didn't bother reading the cautions on that ant spray so when I sprayed it into my eyes and drank some of it, I got really sick. I think I'll sue them too. It's not my fault I didn't read the label.

It just proves our education system isn't working. It's very apparent this person has failed reading comprehension! Oh and winning in small claims court, does not mean you will get your money back. It just means you won the judgement, its up to you to try and collect it, Good luck with that!

I don't think that at this point it's a rip off .There are huge hurdles to bring the auto on line more than Paul realized when he started ..Rip off is a term that should not be used until the project fails and the money disappears .I say we've waited impatiently this long we just wait impatiently a while longer .

Poor J.T. needs to sue the Board of Education for what ever school district controlled the schools he attended.
They didn't teach him how to read.
He might want to sue his parents also. They didn't make sure he knew how to read.
