I'm pretty sure that if Elio was a scam companies like IAV, Pep Boys, Cooper tire, etc. would have sent a cease and desist letter through their legal council to force Elio to stop from using their names and logos. Companies that large trademark their names and logos and protect them from unauthorized use.
I will stop believing in Elio when all the multi-million dollar companies behind Elio tell me it's time to let the dream go.
Until then I will continue to wait knowing that this dream is just around the corner of being parked at my driveway!

I didn't post this because I agree with it in any way. It's just too bad that there are people that put money into this... when they didn't understand what they were getting into.

ELIO is not a rip off it is a risky gamble. Big difference. Any on of us that put $1000 dollars in should have known that. If you did not then it fall son you IMO. I phased it as "Is a risky gamble " because it is not over yet.
As for the statements about ELIO and Goals ,well he was right ELIO is a poorly managed company maybe the will fix that.

I read the complaint and the responses .... the complaint, buyer's remorse .... the responses, accurate but will fall on deaf ears

The guy who is complaining about the 1000 dollars should have did a "I want in" for that level. If they won't give him back his money, he has the right to complain.
If he did the "I'm all in" then he got nothing to blame but himself. Hopefully next time he will read what he is getting into or if he can't read have someone he trust read it for him. That simple.

ELIO is not a rip off. I understand how some may see it that way. The weak a heart should not take chances. The ELIO is a gamble and a high risk one at that. Most of us understand that.
ELIO has been haunted by lacking management . The product is worthy and may yet be saved.
