So many questions. LOL FUVs have been in your neck of the woods for convenient/no cost test drive opportunities. Like you, I’m OLD and require luxury when I need it, so my FUV will serve as a supplement to my luxury SUV, same as the Elio, when it crosses the retail production start line in 2021. The current owners driving FUV’s in similar environment conditions you mention, like the open air ride, typical to three wheel motorcycles. You can use the Surfboard rack for your ski’s and hauling a sheet of plywood from the big box store if needed, since the FUV seamlessly transforms from a FUN to Utility vehicle application.......and you thought it was just a weekend toy. When you thought it couldn’t get any better........AC will be available as a future option! If you experience bad weather conditions or range anxiety drive your primary luxury vehicle and or Cybertruck. FUVs may be available in your area for test drives in 2020 based on successful production scale plans. I doubt it meets your needs based on your comments.I'll be like you. Drive and then order my vehicle. Since FUV makes me spend thousands for a test drive and have no service centers in the area, I'll have to pass until they do. Cybertruck seems to be more of something realistic that I can drive when it's 10 deg F, snowing and 40 mph gusts. I will go after a FUV if they can meet those driving conditions, allow me to test drive it without me spending a few grand to travel to the one dealer that has a 4 hour per week test drive allotment and have a place to get it fixed when it breaks down that doesn't require me to send it 2000 miles. I do like going to the Keys but if all FUV's are rented out (which is a 100% chance they will be) I'll have to wait until November or February to go there and see for myself. This is unless the FUV has AC and enclosed with roll down windows. I'm not like you youngsters, I want some luxury when I'm spending money for that FUV. Florida downpours and then the sun coming back out where it's a steambath is no fun in the summer. FUV AC is what I want. Not being glued to a seat.
Also, is there a FUV ski rack? I'll need one from them when I need to go up to the Poconos and that's about 40 miles away for a good ski slope. Will the FUV do that round trip running the heat in the winter?
Regarding Service centers, Arcimoto’s recent partnership announcement with Road America is as good or better than EM’s and PepBoys partnership.
