I found another organizational paradigm. I call it the "Sumping Action". This especially applies to any dysfunctional or depotism-ish organization.

Sumping Action: The heavy parts sink to the bottom => A situation where everyone who knows better leaves. Those who remain accept the situation out of desperation, ignorance or by having some compatible form of personality (disorder). Such action contributes to the organization's entrenchment into the status quo.

Lately EM hasn't bee doing so well at answering requests for information. It seems that the more informed and specific the request, the less willing they are to answer it.

I notice that happens more so when they are intent on, in it's last gasps, just before something important (to them) completes. They don't really have a full-time dedicated Q&A customer service so they get distracted to internal preparations fairly easily.

Bottom line is, a break in communications is sometimes good, sometimes not so much, for us almost-boiling pot watchers.

Tell me about it ! We can watch and tell when the first of the month happens on here; when they haven't released new information for at least a week (used to be a month) and a few other "trends"
