I just spent $2200 on my subaru that would have been much better spent on a new Elio!

sounds painful. I have only spent that much on a car via upgrades not repairs.

If you talking repair, I feel your pain big time. You are not alone. I paid about that at the end of last year, and still haven't recovered from it.

I'd take back my 67 'Cuda in a heartbeat. Only this time it'd be "licorice", instead of Chrysler green..

Formula S, 383, 4 spd. One of the early non luxury cars with front disc brakes. (Not that they really worked over a 100 mph)

I had a 67 in white. Got $500 for getting hit by a front loader in the back fender, cosmetic, never fixed that, then sold it for more than I bought it for. Good car for a college kid.
