Wont matter for the first run, they would be grandfathered as far as any NEW standards, but yea, I could see that. And don't forget all new cars have to have tire pressure monitors also...

having not bought a bike for many years, I'm way out of the loop on this .... do the new standards for tire pressure monitors apply to motorcycles as well as cars/trucks
