But a lot of people are getting misconceptions based on the test drive with the Metro motor. I have seen a few comments on that.

The slashgear piece has an interesting error (or else a true scoop!), stating that "The P5 itself was built from funds raised in a separate investment round last March." Most likely the usual sloppy reporting you see on blogs that pass off rehashed information as news -- but if not: show us the car!

When all the people are asked to actually commit to the amount that they pledged it will be a completely different Elio story. Red tape and legal fees come into play also. Many factors come into play into the background.
