Not an accurate description at all. Fairy Tails are known to be imaginary. ( see how I treated tales? )
Let's go with a theoretical projection based on empirical rather than physical evidence? No, that undershoots it too.
Yet to be delivered promises from reasonably reliable sources, but still unproven. That's better.

Note, as the commitments glide on up above the 25m mark, the reliability of collecting the full 25m requested goes up too. So what's your comfort level now?

You won't be asked for 3 months at the soonest. The data from the SE campaign will be communicated, along with audited financials and other information, to the SEC, who will eventually decide if it's OK to launch the solicitation phase. Don't hold your breath.
