Paul has said on MANY occasions, the Elgin will be the ONLY cluster from the factory 
Bottom one is Ford (they had them in a lot of different cars and trucks), what's the top one? Is that Ford also? (Maybe Mustang?)A couple of instrument panel decal options to paste over the Elgin. No need to thank me Elgin dash haters.

Google says 1967 or 1968 Mustang gauges.

The Elgin design is a "family thing". Paul said in one of his interviews that one of his childhood memories was of his father's Elgin watch. That's good enough for me.

The top one or both?
I've seen the bottom one in 60 era Falcons, Econoline Vans, and Ranchero's (The Falcon was the Mustang basically the first year it came out and the year after). The Ranchero was also based on the Falcon; the Vans were made up of whatever was on hand at the time (and cheap) so using the Falcon dash makes sense.
The upper one, yes, I'm thinking 68; I know they used that style in the Fastbacks; and you could order additional gauges that would be mounted in the center console.
