Read the article...Cuts to DOE do not affect the ATVM program as far as I can see. Many of the cuts relate to the offices of energy efficiency, renewable energy, fossil fuel and electricity...Not the DOE office responsible for the loan. Outside of DOE, lots of love...kidding...for public radio.
