I had reservations on the Lit Motors C-1, the Elio, and the SRK all refunded. After the Gen 8 SRK I did it again and put down a simple $100 refundable because it looks like a comfortable ride. The Solo and Sparrow 2 look far too low for an old geezer with back issues...............so I would need a test drive to insure sitting comfort and easy entry/exit before considering a purchase. I can wait until production starts..........it's only been 10 years.........what's another year or two.

I thought you had one on the Model 3 as well? And you refunded the Elio?

Yes, I do have a reasonably early reservation deposit on the Tesla Model 3, the only vehicle I feel 100% certain will be delivered. However, the long time dream is all about an enclosed 3 wheeler.

Yes, I refunded the Elio. I decided to wait for EM's test drive and ride events before resubmitting a refundable reservation deposit.

As I recall, you may have reserved the SRK and Model 3 before I made my reservations.

I think the tweaked styling of the original concept looks more aerodynamic. The seriously morphed high performance Solo Super is coming in 2018

It's $15K? I thought it was $19K... maybe I didn't convert from Canadian. Still, from what I have seen from the performance numbers, it looks like a top speed of 80 MPH, range of 100 miles, 0-60 time of 8 seconds, 8.6KWH battery, and as said before, only seats one.

It's does have an LCD digital instrument cluster though, so it gets a nod for that.

I think I followed your lead on the SRK. As for the Model 3, I reserved about an hour before the unveiling.

I am looking forward to seeing that. I think that is really cool looking. I wonder if the production version will look like the concept.
