I doubt that either Carolina or Atlanta were happy when they saw two games so close together .... the NFL could have done a better job with that bit of the schedule

If Atlanta loses the first game in Carolina (likely) but beats them in Atlanta 2 weeks later, the press will probably say "Carolina lost a game that didn't matter to them." or something. It's even possible Carolina could sit starters as soon as they sew up the #1 seed in the NFC. Time will tell (Ego may be involved too... Will they be the first team with a perfect season since '72?
Did you see how Dalton broke his thumb? Making a tackle.Bengals down by 13 -- Dalton out with a (possibly) broken thumb, Burfict whose agressiveness is only matched by his stupidity is out with a neck injury, other players hurting as well. Not looking good for the Tigers.
