"According to a still unverified report from ESPN Cleveland's ESPN Cleveland's Bruce Hooley, Manziel showed up to the Browns team facility under the influence of something and was 'disheveled'.

I ask again, anyone surprised ?
"After Johnny Manziel's ex-girlfriend, Colleen Crowley, filed for a protective order last week, some more details are coming out about the fallout of the incident with Manziel.
Following the disgusting account that came out about Manziel hitting Crowley and threatening to kill her came out, Crowley reportedly suffered a ruptured eardrum from how hard Manziel hit her, her attorney Kathy Kinser told NBC5 in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
"They expect (the ear) to heal, but it'll take a while," Kinser said to the news station. Dallas PD have recently opened a criminal investigation into the domestic assault case and while nothing new has come out regarding the investigation, the ruptured eardrum is certainly an alarming development.
Manziel denied the account to TMZ last week and Crowley was issued a protective order from Manziel. As a result, Manziel is not allowed to go near Crowley for two years."

It's like driving past a bad car wreck.... you know you shouldn't look or be interested, but it's hard to turn away.
Since Manziel is a Heisman (sp?) Trophy winner, he'll always be in the news. Since I don't follow college football all that much, and I could not care less about the Heisman Trophy, it's easy for me to ignore the Manziel news.
I feel bad for the Browns. They continue to make bad decisions about draft picks and coaches and free agent signings. Ugh.
