Now you got me thinking. If I was to die (could happen if the big "C" kicks back in) would my daughter that has Power of Attorney on me would Elio honor my place in line.

The authority of a power of attorney dies when you die. It is a legal substitute for you; since you aren't around, neither is the authority it provides. And in another response, Elio stated that the reservation does not pass to your estate. So, given the situation you laid out, the best course of action might be a written request to EM by either you or your daughter while you are alive. Sincerely hope this will not be necessary.
