I showed you a video that said it was.
You based your comment on the information you received from the t-shirt guy that was wrong, not your fault, neither of you had seen the video.

They had all ready paid for the equipment and had the AT&T building lined up for a back up plant. It just ment moving the equipment.

IRG would have made a quick profit if the Japanese A/C company bought/leased the entire plant.
I venture to guess that Elio could possibly have benefited from that scenario.
With this issue out of the way, everyone (Caddo Parish, IRG, Elio) can now move forward.

That's what he meant by T shirt vendor. Substitute guy for vendor. He was basically sighting how you only elicit trust in Elio when it supports your argument. A few posts later you then disregard your trust for Elio because it no longer supports that same argument.

Wow, you are genius! Oh, that's right, I think you listed your accolades in another thread post. I think you stated that you have a degree in BS and a graduate degree in HS.
