All in for a hundred dollars is still better than all in for a thousand, reservation number 1

The elio will never be produced (unless in kit form). So if your "number" is $100 or $1000, that money is long gone. Better to move on, a little wiser and with a little less in the wallet.

I was just speaking hypothetically. My plan was to read the reviews of the current owners (1000/500 all in's) and base my decision on their reviews. I never had no interest in going to an event and setting in an Elio. If the reviews wasn't so good, I wasn't going to buy one and just be out the 100. And if it was to happen one day, would still do the same.

I agree, Paul and Hari ‘moved on’ quite sometime ago. Of course that doesn’t mean that if they try this again, their new ‘reservationists, investors, and supporters’ shouldn’t learn from our experiences. Anything they claim re: sound engineering, viable business planning, and communications transparency should be intensely scrutinized.
