They have said some time in July; they usually do the end of the 3rd week.
So next weekend would be cutoff, SIL mailing the Monday (or Tuesday) after.
My guess would be mailing on the 25th or 26th.
Make sure to have to spam filters sent to accept mail from them.

I'm with you John. Moved from Bullhead City (BHC) to Las Cruces and it is hot here too but not nearly as hot as BHC. Same age and hope the air conditioner is as efficient as the fuel mileage.
