Bad humor.............I know his deposit isn't refundable, but thinking the party that is auctioning their number would offer a refund. I know his low number has no place in line value to anyone buying it. Let the buyer beware.

Texas Floods hits close to home. In fact, the edge of the flood zone (Highway 87) is on the east side of my property. Many of my churches members were affected and some had lived in their homes for fifty years or more. Unfortunately, this was a case of individual choice and not an act of God.
First words from the bureaucrat were, "We are not a flood control dam." The question was, "Why didn't you release water earlier when the forecast was for heavy rains?" ~I'm sure it had nothing to do with keeping the water level high for the fishing tournament.~
I think a couple of guys have resigned already. Those are probably NOT the actual decision makers.

This is a "Guess-ta-mator" for delivery date.
Just click "change date" and enter a starting date (try May 1st, 2017) <Note, this is just a guess>
Enter your SIL, and have it calculate by clicking the arrow.
It will at least give you an idea how long before you'll take delivery.
Remember, this is just a guess to be used for entertainment purposes only.
