Low and behold, the TED speaker, Adam Savage (of Mythbusters fame) is describing his obsession with the Maltese Falcon,
And telling the story of his attempt to sculpt and bronze his own dimensionally correct copy of that movie prop.

At approximately 12:20 into that episode, Savage says,...
"There's this group online that I frequent."
"It's a group of prop crazies just like me..."

The very last words uttered in that episode were, of course, Savage's.

He ended his talk with,

I'm alive and well!! No mystery, not yet abducted, just tired of 10 folks refreshing the manure pile.

My primary step back was the increased lack of control of political posts
