What Is The Latest Start Production Date?

Has EM hired production line workers? We have 100 to build, plus another~22k that would satisfy the first wave of all-ins. Unless there's a real business need for testing or promotions, why not just start assembly with workers, not Elio management? Granted, the use of EM was speculated by others. Do we know if any of these jobs are/were posted?

No need to start hiring yet since as far as we know, they are still not done with development. Cannot build production models when they are still changing the vehicle. We just heard of the fender redesign, so who knows what else is still in the works.

Agreed, no need to hire assemblers until there are parts to assemble. I think the body design is very near completion, so quite possibly as soon as funding came through, it could be finalized in days, and the $tooling ordered for the stamped steel body parts.

I'm still sitting on the sidelines. I have been for several years. I would really like to see emails with pictures of current design and time-lines of the individual projects. I think it would be a real confidence builder to see the process. Why is everything wrapped in mystery? I can't be the only one who enjoys the build and design process. I can't believe the start of the last blog started with the status of NCAA! Who cares?

Wow. "We intend to raise the remaining capital primarily through customer reservations and/or additional equity and/or debt offerings". This lists customer reservations at near 24 million - after 3 years of effort. 272 million isn't going to happen that way.
