It dipped once earlier today to about that level, but was propped back up in an hour. It doesn’t take much ‘back and forth’ to keep it at even these improbable valuations.

I’ve incorrectly speculated before that the end is nigh, but this stilted manipulation can go on until the OTC people shut it down. One theory that has some credence is that it’s collateral for a callable loan. OTC is just a babysitter for Paul and Co. at this point.

It seems like with someone or someones dumping around 100,000 shares in the last month, it looks like people that were given stock as collateral are collecting on those debts.

It looks like that. There was lots of stock used for fundraising and paying people. I suspect some are to the point where they can now sell and just getting whatever they can. Good thing is, someone can bump the price back up to $0.70 with just 100 shares today and keep the price up enough to where it looks consistent.

Maybe something conveniently beneficial to the principals and employees, holding big chunks of stock, will ‘leak out’ and we’ll see a temporary bump and big sell off. Maybe maintaining this ‘limbo’ for such opportunity later, is what it’s all about.

Going back and looking at the chart for Elio, this has been the pattern. There is a sell off that drops the price over a couple of days, and then shortly afterwards there is a buy order that is less than 1000 shares but they are at a price significantly higher than the previous close.

Perhaps. But in order to sell it at a higher price someone must be trying to buy it at that higher price. Unless the stock goes up significantly, they will end up losing anyway.

One of the principal shareholders might be trying to sell in a block. For a couple of thousand dollars a month in buybacks they could sucker someone into overpaying.

They still lose. If they had sold it all about a month or two ago it was worth twice as much. Even with bumping it up a little, it won't equal their losses. So the question remains: If they are doing the buying at higher prices to bump the price up, then they ultimately need the "sucker" to also buy at the higher price. With current good news totally absent, why would even a sucker consider this? (Note: I am assuming the sucker would at least do a minimal amount of research. The fact that the OTC shows them PINK - Buyer Beware should scare most away.)

Most of it are day traders when it comes to the small amounts. The larger blocks seem to be selling and taking a hit. I think some that were paid in stock are selling to get what they can.

That is the principal reason it would not surprise me that Paul and Hari might craft some rumor or an ‘artful’ leak to create a last minute ‘hail Mary’ surge. Certainly there are some big roller investors that were brought in that Paul and Hari are still beholden to. There have been some very big trades recently, even at < 1 buck. Wasn’t one a few weeks ago for like $ 33,000 ?
