A low per share price, does not mean the stock is a value. There are 28.54 million shares of Elio stock. At yesterday's close of $1.05, that values Elio at 31.62 million dollars. Given Elio's current predicament, would someone buy Elio Motors for $31 million?

It gets worse. I believe the shareholders may not own the entire company - that only a portion of Elio is publicly traded. Another reader may know the details.

I make my own coffee. But I get it. I didn't say that I don't place a certain amount of trust in most people daily even if it's only for the sake of necessity and practicality. I was simply saying that it's probably not wise to trust people with responsibility for things that affect you after they've proven to be that incompetent that often. Yeah, sorry about that. I was thinking of trust as being binary - you trust them or don't. I suppose there are degrees of trust. I trust the guy who changes my tires to get them balanced right but I wouldn't have him house sit for me.
